How do you get suspended for an over the counter product. This is nuts.

If it's on the ban list then its banned. There aren't tiers.
I guess you could argue ignorance but these guys are preached to over and over to check with the s&c staff before taking ANYTHING. Really just a bone-headed move on the kids part.

And players shouldn't be suspended for weed. Maybe run a shite ton for smoking, but not kicked out of school.

If its Ligandrol, its available on Amazon and is completely legal.

But not in the NCAA.

These kids are warned not to take anything without checking it out first, not even an OTC cold medicine. Only way he didn't know it was a banned substance was if he chose not to ask.

He also voted to have the team "reinstate" Jeremy Hill.

Some SEC schools play by an ENTIRELY different set of rules than others.

Gotta be honest this was always a risk of bringing Bama style coaching without bringing in Bama style testing.

Also, Mizzou fans bitching is hilarious, you guys spent years cheering for the Godfather of modern steroids use (Larussa) hell, the biggest thread on your forum is on the freaking Cardinals so don't pretend like you care about roids.

OTC nonsense isn't FDA regulated like meds, but frequently becomes illegal to sell.

Any school on Florida's level provides players with all the supplements they need and are probably constantly checking the "banned substance list".

Tommy Moffit once said he discouraged players from taking any supplements for this exact reason.

As gallows humor, I got to say to my fellow Gators, at least we don't have to worry about Treon transferring now.

yeah, i'm sure grier knew the score, he just didn't think he would get caught.

ticky tack suspension, but good on mac for not covering it up. if coaches want their players on roids (however minor) and not get caught, they can do that easily.

Wait this stuff is legal- I mean it sucks for athletes but is there a better endorsement for the product for non athletes-- this isn't creatine or andro- this shite will get you jacked with real muscle, I might look this stuff up.

It's legal, but you do have several heath risks you should look into first.

...and now they head to LSU with a QB making his first start of the season in the environment.

This is why always place my bets on Thursdays

In a way it's fate- Treon was supposed to make his first career start against LSU last year before he was suspended.
