Those are classified as bowl games.

OOC games are scheduled by the school.

LSU or Alabama probably have the longest OOC win streak in the SEC

Cotton Bowl before it mattered, Meineke Car Care bowl, and Liberty Bowl

What a powerhouse

I'm pretty sure it mattered to Bob Stoops.

Old Sarge,

I admire your daily bait and how you spin your team.

You are a worthy fisherman.

He's actually starting to grow on me a bit.

That was not a homo reference.

"Pretend"? Denying that, for example, Bama's D line is possibly good enough to stuff our run game, or that A&M's out of conference win streak is impressive, wouldn't make me more of an LSU fan. It would just make me stupid.

I wouldn't call the Big 12 co-champs an "average" game. Sorry your team was ineligible for being a bunch of cheating, lying thugs. But it seems like you've recovered, so there's that.

Seriously. It's possible to be reasonable and still be a fan. It really, really is.

I'm not sure why anybody wouldn't count bowl games. But either way, that's an impressive stat as long as Miles has been there. And some of those definitely weren't cupcakes. TCU, Wisconsin, Washington off the top of my head.

It's off topic I think, but wow, that is impressive. We're just lucky we didn't schedule mighty Toledo in there. :-D

Look at the title of the thread.

A bowl game is not a scheduled OOC game. It is an invite based on that season's work plain and simple.

That's a mighty strong list.

It is, by definition, out of conference in almost every scenario outside of 2011.

But why are you bothered? A&M had the streak, and LSU has the more impressive streak, although it requires an asterisk.

Barry bonds is the all time home run leader* and it's one of, if not the most impressive things in all of sport.

B12 co-champs got the Mountain West treatment last year

Pretty average

Maybe in your delusional world. A bowl is an invite decided AFTER the regular season.

There is a reason everyone outside of A&M recognizes LSU with the longest OOC win streak in the history of the sport. Acknowledge it, Accept it, and Move on already.

If they want the Bowl games I'll gladly list them

Saban
Texas(L)
Oklahoma(W)
Iowa(L)

Miles
Miami(W)
Notre Dame(W)
Ohio State(W)
Georgia Tech(W)
Penn State (L)
Texas A&M (W)
Alabama (L)
Clemson(L)
Iowa(W)
Notre Dame(L)

Now List your cupcakes some more.

By the way 3 of those losses came in the final 2 minutes of the game by a complete collapse of Chavis's Defense. GTF ready. It's coming. Likely won't be this year as we have said all along, but in the next few. Just watch
