When he retires, would love to see him get his own radio show, becoming the Howard Stern of college football talk. The man has a gift.

Me either, Spurrier is quite the entertainer.

According to the transcript the OP trolled us all:
We were 7-6, same as Tennessee and the same as
Arkansas, and I think they're sort of celebrating big
seasons last year. So we were celebrating also. We
were doing some cartwheels and high fiving after that
Independence Bowl game because it was a year that
could have gone real south, and guys hung in there
and somehow or another found a way to win the game.

Spurrier isn't witty. He's just a cranky, low-T, immature old guy. I got tired of his schtick a long time ago.

I'm not exactly sure what Spurrier said about Arkansas to make all their fans so butthurt

I watched, I did not take it as a jab at either school. He told the truth, he said they too celebrated at the end.
Arkansas and UT has been stomped on the last few years, yes the fans were excited to see the team fight their way back some what. Going forward will be fun, but very difficult to build on. Both teams have things in place to continue upward, so does everyone else. Both teams fans likes our chances , most on this board does not. I would not sleep on UT or Arkansas.

Spurrier was tough to like when he was at Florida and you were an opposing fan.
He can be pretty entertaining and I always prefer a "tell it like is" approach. That's why I like our coach, they are similar in that way.
Spurrier's superiority complex goes over much smoother when he's not winning as much.
I like the guy.

Ole ball sac is a meme. It's like laughing at your grandpa's jokes because you feel like you should.

Having grown up as a Gator fan two years before Spurrier stepped on the field...its impossible to not be thankful Pepper Rodgers & Ray Graves convinced him to come to UF.
His arrival as HBC at UF in 1990 was a blessing and he immediately injected offense into a team that had been inept on that side of the ball but had great players on defense (sound familiar?).
His TV/radio call in shows were a blast and most of the time I had to wipe tears of laughter from his witty and dry stabs at callers who couldnt buy a clue or when he jabbed rivals....really miss those days.

The Old Ball Sack talking about us celebrating?
Isn't this the same clown that ordered rings for an 11 win season?

Everyone gets bowl rings for going to a bowl. This has been standard policy for bowls for at least 15 years, likely a whole lot longer.

And we replaced bowl rings with 11 win rings because it meant more to us than a bowl victory. I don't see the big difference.
