I do want LSU to improve, why wouldn't I? If they were to beat florida, auburn, SC, and bama this year I woudl be absolutely ecstatic. I have no reason to pull against LSU this year..or any year really.

I'm just saying that the link you posted to show that the national media is all on board the Harris hype train is based on nothing more than potential. That's what most of the article was really, saying how good he can eventually be and showing some gifs from a practice game in April. I fully expect LSU's QB situation to be improved htis year; it'd be nearly impossible not to. I'm just saying I'm not going "all in" on it being all that great either until I actually see it in games. That's all.

I never said anything about the national media. In fact, I just mentioned folks who have followed the situation closely. The national media doesn't follow offseason/spring games closely.

well idk what we're debating then.

I never implied anyone should. I'm just stating that other people do expect a major improvement. Funky tide insinuated that no one expects the QB situation to improve drastically, which is obviously an ignorant and false statement. I can guarantee you that Gus and his staff are well aware that Harris has the ability to turn it on once he's grasped the offense and matured. And anyone who watched the spring game saw more than just glimpses of what he's capable of once he settles in.
