I missed the comment.
Maybe he meant his putts weren't doing what he thought they would at the end of their roll on these putt putt greens..

Phil needs to quit whining. I don't think he was playing any different greens than any of the other players...that is IF he was taking a shot at the conditions.
I think it's pretty damn chippy for any players to knock the course during the Open because everyone else is dealing with the same conditions.
