Here's the situation:
MSTiger7 has posted on 247 claiming to be close to Leo Lewis for a while now, constantly posting updates on his conversations.
Looking at his post history, MSTiger7 has not said anything resembling inside information, suggested Les might take a look at Kevin Steele, a fairly logical statement.
Today, MSTiger posted that he talked with Leo for 40 minutes and tried to persuade him to go to LSU. Very fishy statement.
Ms State finds a guy on Twitter they believe to be this poster. It makes perfect sense that it would be him, although obviously no one could confirm 100%. Someone tweets at this alleged guy and he responds something to the effect of "I didn't mean to get myself into this." Don't remember exactly.
Jimmy Smith, an LSU recruiting writer for Nola.com, says that Leo Lewis told him that he has not talked to this alleged guy for months. Now Jimmy has a shady history, but he's got some accountability and has been pretty reliable these past couple years.
Some people mention Jimmy's tweet on 247. All of a sudden, MSTiger7's recent posts vanish and any mention of the possibility he was a fraud are deleted by 247 mods.
The whole thing failed the smell test of this guy being a legit source and there are still 247 posters believing the guy was legit.

That guy really is a weirdo regardless of if he is telling the truth or not. Reminds me of that guy on here who would post about how lache seastrunk came to his house every day.

I've found that some posters live and die by people that say they have inside sources. I called out a guy for making a ridiculous statement the other day and everyone came to his defense and apologized to him. For what? Because he claimed he has inside sources to Shea Patterson.
After I called him out on a stupid comment, he proceeded to act out the whole "this will be my last post, I've been a fan for 40 years" blah blah blah.
