i just need to cut the unneeded snacking and coke. Im still playing intramurals so I'm trying to watch my soda intake

I pack my lunch almost every day and switched from chips to raw carrots or broccoli and I can tell a difference in energy levels, especially in the afternoon. I fricking love chips too.
I also started eating oatmeal and a banana or some strawberries for breakfast at least three times per week and that has helped as well. Raisin Bran Crunch is pretty healthy and tasty, for the record.

I eat a banana, a little bit of plain beef jerky and raw almonds every morning.
