if by Michigan you mean Jones' agent Trace Armstrong making things up then yes.
Trace is his agent???? Trace played DT/DE for the Gators and is still doing good work.
I like chart graph comparing Butch to Dooley. Can you compare him to someone else? You know, a coach who is a real coach not an attorney? I miss those Dooley pants....he must still have them in a closet somewhere?

Are you comparing your coach to Mike Shula?

What does this even mean? I'm pretty sure no one on this forum was pushing for a Mike Shula extension. Are you saying Butch is the next Shula?

Nor were we starting parades in the streets when we went to the Music City Bowl in 2004.

Until Butch underachieves I'm going to still be fired up about him.
He has overachieved greatly on the recruiting trail, met expectations on the field and done all the other things behind the scenes right.
There is 0 reason to not still be 100% behind him as a TN fan.
Has he coached every game perfect? No, but no coach does, not even Saban. His margin for error has just been razor thin and it's cost him a game or two we could have won. But we've won a couple we shouldn't have so he's good in my book.
5 was my expectation year 1, 6 was my hope.
6 was my expectation year 2, 7 was my hope.
8 is my expectation for year 3, 9+ will be my hope.
9 or 10 will be my expectation for year 4, SEC Title will be my hope.
He is on track so far, but next year the stakes raise.
