Auburn fans will say "throw it more, duh," like they think one year they can be an elite run team and the very next put up 50 per game throwing it all over the yard.

Well we did just throw for 450 against alabama on the road with a DB playing QB so maybe it's possible?

Great Secondary's will shut it down easily without the threat of the run like with NM is the point. If there's no legit read option, teams will sit back in coverage and shut that shite down.

Meh, not sure if that had anything to do with Alabama's secondary or NM being a god in the passing game. If that were the case, Alabama's secondary wouldn't be ranked as high as they are(not top 10 or anything) and Auburn would have aired it out all year.

It was more a product of y'all running the ball so well, causing Alabama to bring up the safeties....added to NM being in the zone, and throwing to monsters running go routes with nothing to lose.

Its why Alabama was able to slow y'all down a bit in the redzone.
