facilities

I thought the topic was why Freeze would want to go to UF.

You replied to a comment about the comparison to facilities. And then retorted with a reference to another possible influence. Politicians do something similar . You answer the question you wanted asked.
Your point of recruiting hotbed in Florida is valid, just not on the comment you responded to...
That is all

Other than the stadium itself, Ole Miss has the better facilities.

Come on man. The only thing you have that they don't have better is a IPF and those have all proven to be a waste of money. Nothing more than a pretty room to show recruits that hope they will practice in that more than the outdoors. No coach worth a shite actually utilizes them. Mullen won't go near ours unless in lightening outside during practice. You practice like you play and to my knowledge no teams play games in air conditioned stadiums.

I highly doubt Craig James is a contender for the job

No recruit wants to go to y'all's tin building with wood panels named after a known steroid abuser

He isn't going....

But if he did I will unleash a melt the likes of which the rant has never seen. It will include:

1. Attacks on his character
2. Blaming fans that expressed disappointment when we lose games
3. WAOM
4. References to trailers and Florida
5. A voodoo doll in his image
6. Reasons why bass fishing should be outlawed
7. Bitter tears as our croots flee the scene
8. Unfounded criticisms of LSU and Nick Saban
9. Immediately regretted vandalism of my own Ole Miss paraphanalia
10. Holding Houston Nutt responsible

My point is, facilities be damn. If you are a major program in Florida, you do not need the best facilities to draw the best talent. Freeze could pick his recruits from a radius of 100 miles from campus and beat Ole Miss in recruiting every year.

Freeze would be a dumpster fire at a high profile job.

The guy makes terrible in-game coaching decisions.

And a valid point you have there. Though Mississippi does have the best HS talent per capita, there was a recent survey/map of NFL players and their home states that supports my claim.
The population difference from fl to ms, however, does over come that.. And the freaky speed that comes out of Florida is impressive.
Even ce ce Jefferson thinks freeze would be great at Florida... Assuming freeze stays at ole miss ... That tidbit could be great news for the rebel recruitment of cece..

In conclusion, I hope freeze continues to recruit the area.. Just wearing red and blue

I don't see why UF/Foley doesn't shoot for a proven coach? Screw taking a chance on a guy that hasn't actually won anything, they tried that and it didn't pan out.

Get someone you know can handle the stress and pressure associated with running an elite SEC football program.

People say a proven coach but who do they think they will get who is more established than a Freeze or Mullen? Give me examples of super established coaches who realistically are in play.
