Please refrain from putting words in my mouth.
First of all, I never said which was worse at running, only that one qb's yards come within the designed fabric of the offense, whereas the other's are improvisation.
Secondly, if Allen has to improvise against the Texas A&M defense, that bodes well for our performance against Arkansas in other aspects of the game (to wit: down field coverage and control/penetration of the LOS). Forcing him to scramble (even if he does scramble well) necessarily gets y'all away from the bread and butter of your gameplan, which again means that we are controlling the game.
Therefore, I hope Allen has to scramble a lot on Saturday.
