You best me to it ... that was a great show. Totally agree on Anna Friel. That entire cast was perfect for that show though.

I thought both Deadwood and Boardwalk Empire stopped production just when both plot lines were really getting interesting.
I was sorry to see Sopranos go. However, that one had run awhile.

Both are cases of the main stars loading-up on more profitable movie deals and opting out of their series contracts.
It almost happened to The Sopranos too. I think they ended-up paying Gandolfini a million per episode to finish those last two seasons plus they gave him a very flexible schedule to boot.
The cast of Deadwood went in all different directions ... Breaking Bad, Justified, Sons of Anarchy, big movie deals, etc.

Jericho was my first choice. Hell the episode when they used Foo Fighters Times Like These acoustic during that big arse battle was legit. Loved that show.
Pushing daisies was another great choice but let's have some love for the little blonde chick who can sing. She looked mighty fine on that show.
I nominate Eli Stone. Loved that show. C

Her name was Christian Chenowidth or something like that? A very talented lady. Hell, I liked the crazy aunts. Swoozie Kurtz and the other gal who was the Momma in The Professional.

One of my customers is Chenoworths alumni High School and the performing arts center has her name and face plastered all over it.

Home Movies
I thought my brother and I were the only people that watched this show ... The episode where the coach buys all the samurai swords and then takes them to the supermarket and tries to trade them for groceries was on the other night.
