I will get flamed for this probably but it's my opinion so I don't care.
UTs WR corps has a chance to be very explosive. Worley is a decent QB and he is the most experienced QB we have including a win over a top 5 team. Marquez North and pig Howard both have a season under their belt, and Von Pearson and josh Malone are among some of the most talented WRs in the country. Marlin lane is a solid back, and jalen Hurd has a chance to make an instant impact and be very good. But that may take a couple seasons. And we have two other talented freshmen as well. We have two of the top rated tight ends who will be freshmen this year and contribute.
The kicker is we lost every starter on the line. It's tough to deal with that, but We have a center guard and tackle returning that have all gotten a decent number of snaps, and we picked up a juco tackle who will start. Our depth is inexperienced, but if we don't see any injuries, and we progress throughout the season, I can see us fielding a decent six man rotation on the line that won't necessarily be great but will have the talent speed and size to compete in the trenches of the SEC.
I'm not saying we will have the top offense in the sec, because I don't think that's possible at this point. But we do have a lot of talent at the skill positions (besides Qb). We might surprise some people.
