Yeah LSU definitely has more than those schools except OU. LSU is probably the top OOS destination for Houston area kids. OU is like 30-40% TX kids I believe, it's pretty crazy

Yeah, our old chancellor pretty much came out and said the 10% rule was the best thing to happen to LSU. We get a lot of smart and well off kids that slipped through the cracks of the 10% bs.
I'm excited to see LSU put more focus on recruiting out of state. I'd like LSU to have a better presence in Dallas. Right now it's mostly Woodlands and Houston kids
