Didn't look but interesting. Are the positions weighted differently? Meaning a freshman kicker isn't as problematic as a freshman QB

Experience is a good predictor (nothing is perfect in college football) of future results. Auburn 2010 is a perfect example of senior leadership playing a part. I see teams improve as they get older in college.

Right, but he's putting a lot of weight on just being a senior. In today's college football that can be good or bad. His other metrics are kinda cool though, would be better if he ignored lettered status and just went off of production.

He puts way to much emphasis on senior experience. The best seniors are players that got a second round grade that could turn into a first round with another year of experience. I think his method would work better if he replaced seniors with NFL draft eligible players.

OL career starts for A&M is 90, not 89. Steele isn't counting Gramling's start against Vandy for some reason.
