Let's narrow it down to the BCS bowls plus the Cotton, first by appearances (I moved quickly through wikipedia so these numbers may be slightly off)
Alabama - 38 (not including one which was vacated)
LSU - 25
Arkansas - 21
Texas A&M - 15
Ole Miss - 14
Auburn - 11
Mississippi State - 3
By winning percentage:
Ole Miss - 10-4 - .714
Alabama - 21-16-1 - .553
LSU - 12-12-1 - .500
Texas A&M - 8-8 - .500
Auburn - 5-5-1 - .500
Mississippi State - 1-2 - .333
Arkansas - 6-13-2 - .286
But I think the appearance number is far more important. And BTW, it was clear the Ole Miss numbers were inflated by the Vaught era. Apart from 3 fairly recent Cotton Bowls, they haven't done much.

The other takeaway is that Arkansas historically is underrated.

So appearing is more important than winning gotcha
