The thing that separates the two is the "it" factor we like to call it in sports. Dak appears to be a great leader and a winner. Relph didn't appear to have any special qualities I would look for in a champion.
Quality of receivers is another big difference. Relf threw to a bunch of midgets that were young and inexperienced for the most part. Our average WR height next year in the 3-deep for Dak will be taller than Relf's biggest target in his 2 years as starter...

That'll look good when I pass you on my way to ATL near an exit that leads you to Jacksonville

OM will play in the SEC championship several weeks prior to LSU playing in the Gator Bowl, so that probably won't happen. I assume you're going to Jacksonville with some friends from Baton Rouge. You are from BR right?

Neither of our teams will win the west and there is a very good reason for it. Mullen cant beat high ranked teams and Ole Miss cant beat Bama. Now I realize some things could happen to make those things not really matter, but for the most part that's going to keep both of us out.

It was a joke quit taking things so literal. Yes, I am. My disdain for LSU does not stray far from that of Ole Miss though.

Saban was quoted saying he felt better about the end of "Titanic" than he does his quarterback situation IIRC

We have to be able to score on them for that to really matter. Their D will be pretty good this year.

out of nowhere, UM answers the thread after 6 pages

Auburn and Oklahoma exposed them

Ole Miss and State both have a ceiling of 9 wins. If either of the "bottom dwellers" can make a move it'll be OM. Prescott is the most overhyped dual threat quarterback in the country. Questionable decision making with a slightly above average skill set. His arm is mediocre and the accuracy is meh. His size is the only thing that's intriguing, I'd be surprised if he runs under a 4.8. There's a reason he was a three star prospect.
Not a Bro Wallace homer either, but he will have better numbers when the season concludes. Ole Miss has superior skill players and the better defense. I really don't think it's debatable.
It's a very real possibility State will finish with the better record in 2014 considering their OOC schedule plus their rival from the east, Kentucky.
OM
Boise State
Louisiana-Lafayette
Memphis
Presbyterian
Ms. State
Southern Miss
UAB
AT South Alabama
Kentucky
UT Martin
