To be fair all 3 of those submitted today have been from AUC writers. They all predicted Evans to AU too.
It'll be Interdasting moving forward for sure.

Alabama writers predicted Auburn as well.
It will be Interdasting going forward, agreed.

Yeah, he wanted to go to Bama when he didn't think he was allowed back at Auburn
He was offered yesterday, though, and is on the Gus Bus
ETA choo chooooo

If we start to see a bunch of CB movement after next weekend from the national guys I think we'll get a better idea of where he is leaning.

I thought AU had agreed not to recruit him in the future. Guess that's cleared up
I thought the same.
But obviously, even Auburn wouldn't take a step to recruit a player that the NCAA had placed off limits to them, right?
So obviously (1) we though wrong about the agreement or (2) that agreement has now been "cleared".

I figure UGA being mentioned in that group is purely a "I live in Milledgeville and Athens is an hour and a half away so why not enjoy a weekend or two nearby during the process"
Don't know about that. Obvously Gurley's success should be attractive to any RB that wants to carry the rock a lot.
Doesn't mean UGA will be a favorite or anything. But honest interest isn't unexpected.

there will be all sorts of anger and "paying off the NCAA" talk when Jovon signs with Auburn
it's gonna be chaos
It will be delicious.

Per Bryan Matthews, everything with Auburn, Jovon Robinson and the NCAA has been cleared up...and that gave Auburn the go in recruiting him again.
I never got why AU would have been banned from recruiting him again.
Hopefully this opens the door for Pearl to hire Trooper.

Don't wish that abomination upon us again...PLEASE, don't!

Auburn people believe Florida State is more of a threat than Alabama.
Only false IF Bama doesn't come through with the offer and I'm assuming whatever else he wants (maybe no other RBs in his chosen schools class...not sure)
He likes Bama and AU A LOT though it will likely be those 2 at the end

Basically this
There will be tons and tons of gnashing of teeth and pissed off people that follow Bama recruiting if he ends up back at AU
That being said I don't fault AU's staff one damn bit for trying to get back on the NCAA's good graces to allow them to recruit him......he's a MFin animal

I've heard he was also a heavy Alabama lean.
Been a while since then though
@jrjr Roc is a good RB but he'd sit in favor of Jovon...if y'all signed him he'd likely be your starter next yr and there's a good chance he is a 1 & done
He's that good

It's odd he had the Vols as tied for first and he mentioned y'all are barely recruiting him. Good sign for UT

Would not surprise me to see Javon be a 1 and done since he's already been to JUCO. He's physically ready and has the experience. I remember him saying he wanted to play for Bama. Hopefully the connection with our staff and our offense can sway him to come back
