Arkansas returning to the Big 12?

Spoke to an Arkansas alum who is convinced that Arkansas is leaving the SEC after next year to return to the Big 12. He said this was common knowledge, that ESPN has reported on this and he has sources in the school who confirm this...
I have never heard anything about this from any source and it sounds like complete BS...
My question is...have I missed this story? Has there been speculation, rumors or reports of this pending move?

I can't imagine a situation where leaving would be better for the school...it makes zero sense but he acted like the upcoming move was common knowledge...

This is great news, I don't care where they go as long as they go. They just don't fit in here. I hope we can get a school that's actually competitive and respectable to replace them.

I think Arkansas goes the next 50 years without winning the SEC. Wouldn't be a terrible move for them.
