Good points Reedus and Semo. We all fall short, no question. Should Sam be penalized? I guess not. Hate the sin, love the sinner. I've just had the feeling that a lot of people have been endorsing the lifestyle. Maybe not.

I can endorse him, and wish the best for him personally and professionally, without supporting his lifestyle. I am a Christian, but I struggle with calling homosexuality a sin. That's because I don't believe it's a choice, I think for some people it's just te way they are. They are children of God, just like me, and if God doesn't make mistakes, who am I to judge them and call them sinners? I'm struggling with that one, honestly.

Frankly, I have a much bigger concern with some of the other sins going on with some of the players. They are harmful to others and more likely to impact the team negatively. Sam's sin, if you believe it to be one, didn't harm others and apparently didn't negatively impact the team. And even if one views it as a sin, it was still gutsy for him to come out.
