I got us finishing 5th in the west. Better than ole miss and tamu. We could slip up and finish 4th ahead of bama but im not sure. I also have Auburn in the SEC tourney.

go count the # of championships and CWS appearances for the east compared to the west and get back to me.
to save you the time (excluding A&M and Missouri):
West: 45 appearances, 6 titles
East: 30 appearances, 3 titles
The East has the perennial chokers in Vandy, Florida who never wins when it matters, and South Carolina. With State finally getting back to being good and Vandy slipping, the West will be the best of the SEC as they've been throughout SEC history.

Bama is going to be good this year.

I think that joke flew WAY over your head. Settle down.

Eastern Division
1 South Carolina
2 Vanderbilt
Dead even IMHO.

3 Florida
4 Kentucky
Total enigmas going into this season.
quote:
5 Georgia
6 Tennessee
Both will be much improved over last season.
quote:
7 Missouri
lulz .... they should really be ranked lower in the East, last in the conference.
quote:
Western Division
1 Mississippi State
2 Louisiana State
Once again, dead even although I'd give LSU the props given the intimidation factor they carry over MSU.
quote:
3 Texas A&M
4 Alabama
5 Arkansas
No clue, but all three should have tourney worthy seasons.
quote:
6 Mississippi
IMHO they might have the surprise good season in the league this year.
quote:
7 Auburn
A lot better than mizzou fwiw.

lulz ... some fans in the west take the east/west thing a little too seriously. But hell, I'll play along.
Trivia: Who/what is the only conference in NCAA baseball history to finish 1, 2, 3 in Omaha while, at the same time, compiling the All-Tourney team completely of the same conference?
BTW, Vandy is not slipping in baseball. And I'm not sure how you can refer to SCAR as a perennial choker ... but again, lulz.
Oh, wait, I get it. You're 19 years old, amirite?
Makes sense now.

I believe he called Vandy and Florida perennial chokers, not South Carolina.
Posted on 1/22/14 at 11:18 am to LBC
If that's the case, he worded it poorly.

trivia, what division placed 4 teams in Omaha. In that same CWS, all but one on the all tourney team came from two teams, in that same division.

I said Vandy are perennial chokers, not USC.

or 29, whatever works for you, though.

Vandy will not be the Vandy they've been the past few years

I believe you do not understand sentence structure with regard to the English language.
Here is what he typed, tell me what is so difficult to understand about what he meant?
quote:
The East has the perennial chokers in Vandy, Florida, (who never wins when it matters), and South Carolina.
That places him in a whole new category of rantard. In this insane asylum he legitimately qualifies for the incurable ward.
