OSU got in trouble for lying about their violations and then trying to cover it up. Alabama has been upfront about this whole thing, and that's why the NCAA didn't do shite last time and why they won't do anything this time. Signed memorabilia is everywhere, it cannot be reasonably policed.

the players got five games outside of and before that, also because they were "not educated on the rule"
