We are approaching LSU in our advertising-ness at all venues.

I don't think we are all that much better than we were under Pel.

I won't see it until we at least make the damned tournament.

There are lots of better coaches than Anderson out there, and we'll see many of them in March, nearly all of them making a lot less than MA makes.

Couple years ago, my friend was the travel agent for the athletic department back then. She said Watkins requested plane tickets and a hotel in Paris to go recruit some kid. We obviously never signed anyone from there so it was a bull shite trip and he used the recruiting budget to take it.

AYSM? Should be immediate termination.

This actually happened, I asked her who we were after over there and she had no idea. I don't remember any prospects out of Paris in the past few years so it was definitely a recreational trip that he disguised as a recruiting trip. Total bullshite.

Maybe he had a hot read on a Chicago thug sent to chill out at Subiaco Academy and to get there quick before Calipari placed him at Oakhill Academy.

Naaaaaw Melvin's is just a POS.

That's beyond ridiculous. In Pelphrey's third year we lost 3 consecutive home games to

Morgan State
East Tennessee State
South Alabama

Nothing even close to that has happened under Anderson.

If anyone is listening to Steve Fisher on Jim Rome right now it should give us a positive feeling hearing him talk about how bad they were when he got there and the program they've built. 9 straight 20 win seasons, draft picks, consecutive years of sell outs.

However, I don't get the feeling that Mike Anderson and Merlvins 'Paris' Watkins are hustling like Fisher and his assistants.

Mike's 1/2 assing it IMO.

There are some coaches better than Anderson. Most of them are at established programs.

Lots? No.

Yeah that was a brutal possession, pass it around, lose the ball, then step out of bounds.

Madden gets handed the ball at the half court line with 10 on the shotclock out of a timeout. Terrible.

was the exact same play we ran vs Vandy except Mizzou didn't collapse on him.

cant complain too much about that loss. had it, should have won it, missed in the clutch.

people can complain all they want about set plays, rebounds, and boxing out, but at the end of the day, we dont have a single guard that can drive and finish. cant coach that up. Qualls can drive, but has rickeyitis. madden looks like a dump truck backing in most of the time, but hes getting better. weve all seen wade flail into the lane. just gotta get a better guard or two.

Mike makes mistakes, but holy shite, you can't blame him for the final play. Sometimes the players don't make the shot. That was a better look than you should ever expect in that situation.

He just missed it, a foul could have been called, but you can't expect the refs to bail you out in that situation.

They played Mizzou tighter/tougher tonight than they did at home.

Go to last year where they were beating teams at home only to be blown out by the same team on the road...
