This just screams swag to me.
I have always loved Florida State's uniforms as well. When I was younger, I would pretty much choose teams on dynasty mode in NCAA Football based on jerseys. I was going to win with whoever I used, might as well look good.
Love these Notre Dame alternates.

I might be in the minority with this opinion but I think UGA's traditional red home jerseys are much better looking than the black. My favorite SEC uniforms are probably UF, UGA and AU.

It's the same as the numbers on the helmet, it's been that way forever and people who love the program now identify with the uniform. It would be as if you told Bama fans we're putting a script "A" on the helmet or an elephant. FWIW LSU's white uni's during the DiNardo years are a gray facemask away from near perfection. The best is tough...cuz it really depends on what you like. A traditionalist might go for LSU, Auburn, Alabama, USC, Notre Dame, etc... Those that like the art-deco style probably love Oregon (I actually would pick both a couple of Oregons styles as well as those listed above).
The worst though is easy and here's why. It sucks balls no matter what style they try and no matter what style you prefer. Maryland is the worst. That is the correct answer.

I thought Maryland would have this wrapped up as the worst, but then I saw that FAMU uni.
At least Maryland has the state flag to be based off of.

In honor of ARMY/navy week, I personally think that these are some of the coolest uniforms in ALL of sports. So badass!!! GO ARMY...beat navy!!!

I really don't like the UGA black jerseys, either. They just don't look right.
As for good ones, I like the Ole Miss kit, most of what LSU does, and Georgia Tech right now.
I also have really come to like USC's new unis. I thought they were too simple at first, but they've really grown on me and I hope we keep them.

I'm old school and like programs that haven't touched their uniform traditions. Bama, Penn St, and programs like this are alright in my book.

I like the idea of UGA's black jerseys, I just think it looks like they're mixing and matching. They need to get Nike to make them an alternate centered on the black jersey, so it doesn't look so disjointed.

I tend to go old school, and align with the usual suspects, but the new looks by Vandy (esp. gold w black shoulder boards) and A&M (but not gray or black) are winners. Mizzou a mixed bag.
GaTech's old school black on gold was excellent.
Oregon State's all orange this year rocked.
