It's a bunch of car dealership managers and owners who give a lot of their money to the Tide. They conspire to do things and in general, are an unsavory and sad bunch.

Don't get me wrong, I'm certain the REC promotes stale stories at inopportune times. I doubt it has anything to do with Winston, though.
I won't be surprised when if AU beats UGA, suddenly AL.com is going to rehash the Marshall stuff in the lead up to the Alabama game.

It is a well connected group of Bama boosters. Lots of Rumors about the group, clearly some rogue boosters, but not as organized as ITAT would have you believe.
I do believe that splinter groups have been involved in some shady stuff but that could happen at a lot of schools including the school I follow.
