You're so dense. It is an explanation for the reputation of UA being the school for doctors, businessmen, and lawyers. It is why the school has the reputation of being the school in Alabama for the higher socio economic class. I know that the medical school hasn't been in Tuscaloosa in a long time. You can still finish your last two years of medical school in Tuscaloosa though. UAB is part of the "University of Alabama System" as well. If Auburn Montgomery had an awesome medical school, I'm sure no Auburn alumni would be proud of that. You have just completely missed the whole point.
