Rick, seriously, don't do this. We know you're gonna use stats to fail to prove something, but don't sit there and deny the talent the WR corp has. Coop was being talked about as possibly the best WR in the nation before he got hurt. Almost 100% now. White, Norwood, and Jones all have lower numbers because:
A) We spread it around and don't feed just two players in the passing game like LSU
B) We're balanced and after blowing teams out don't pass as much
But please, tell us how they're bad because stats said so. If it makes you feel better for being genetically inferior.

We got 6 guys that have caught TD passes at just WR. Then add in Howard at TE and Yeldon (remember him?), Drake, and Fowler at RB/HB.
And we 5 DB's with career TD's, 4 of them with MULTIPLE.

What's awesome is Coop could still (he won't) get 1000 again this year.
He needs 696 in the next 6 games. 116 a game.
Had 686 over his last 6, non injured(played against State and LSU, was injured and shouldn't have played), games last year.

only way we would see that is if he is and stays 100 percent AND we lose one of other big names in the corp AND State and Chattanooga are way to close for comfort and we have to keep throwing into the fourth.

Best freshman. Yes. No one but GUMPS said best in cfb. Your we is 3-4 in the sec. Let alone the entire FBS.

your aren't a titan...sorry dude

Bama doesn't have 1 wr in the top 15 in the sec in yards , recs or tds. Yeah elite corp.

It's not like spread the ball around very well or anything. Or outside of one game shut it down at halftime. Heck even Gary and Verne have pointed out both those things.

I may have used the wrong word, but you seem to really misunderstand the meaning of "corp."

There were 3 returning sec wr with better stats.

For a few reasons.
Spread the ball around.
Run the ball.
Game is usually over early, so while some passes still happen late, it's more "run the clock" mode.
Coop has been banged up all year.
The OL wasn't average, it was bad for a couple of games. Straight bad.

It's still not one of the best wr corps in the country. You have a good corp but even with a healthy Coop, it isn't elite. There are 2-3 wr corps in the sec that are better.

How many of these teams have 30 plus point leads heading into halftime?
You still seem to not be able to grasp the concept of "corp."

You don't understand the concept of a Corp do you? You have two guys with double digit catches. 2. We have 7 and Drake will make 8 on his next catch.
We have four guys with over 20 catches.
