It just takes the right team and coaching staff.
I think a lot of the success Brees has can be attributed to Sean Payton.

I think AJ will unfairly have the Bama "game manager" stigma attached to him. By the media at least.

NFL scouts don't care what the media says.
If they did, Manti would've been a top ten pick.

Well, they listened a little bit...he still went in the 2nd round and probably should have gone undrafted.

If mett continues to play like he is playing, no way AJ goes before mett. Mett is bigger, has a stronger arm and he is proving that he can't read a defense as well as AJ. But I believe AJ has everything needed to be a good qb. He is the most accurate of the bunch and to me that's the #1 thing I want in my qb. Who cares if you can sling the ball 65 yards in the air if it's no where near the wr.

Manziel - he will blow teams away with pro day and combine numbers. he's somewhere between a Vick and a Russell Wilson. prob will go first.
Murray - he will impress with his football IQ, intangibles and accuracy. Measurables will matter a lot for Murray's draft spot. Very similar to Wilson but I don't think he is near as fast or strong as Wilson. Might end up being more like Kevin Kolb. Could be last one chosen.
Mett - has the strongest arm, but the slowest feet. he is the biggest question mark in the group. Very close to Joe Flacco, but prob a little less arm strength. Might be first QB taken, might be last.
McCarron - skills are middle of the road but his consistency is the best. he will impress teams with his maturity. Very similar to Matt Ryan. Safest pick but not the first pick.

Come on. I get that he was overrated, but you are crazy if you think he should've gone Undrafted.

Manziel
Mettenberger
Murray
McCarron
I think McCarron will struggle some throwing for scouts in a pro day/combine environment. I'm not convinced he has that strong of an arm. Maybe he'll prove me wrong.

Well this is what McShay thinks..But who is Todd McShay?

Yeah, AJ is probably the most well-rounded of the group.

This is so wrong. JM ran a hand timed 4.7, he is no where near Vick in athleticism. RW has damn near perfect mechanics and has top 10 footwork as a qb. JM throws a football like he is throwing a baseball.

Matt Ryan is a good comparison.

Since when has a little hyperbole been unwelcomed on the SECr?
Undrafted is a little strong perhaps but, I wouldn't have dropped higher than a 4th round pick on the kid if I were an NFL GM

Murray is the most well rounded. Ah and Mett are potatoes in the pocket and Manziel can only throw Hail Marys.

Murray isn't the most well rounded. He is on the small side and isn't great under pressure( which he'll likely be under when drafted by a bad team). Out of all these qbs, Murray falling in the draft would shock me less.

That graphic is about college football MVPs to this point in the season, so it's completely unrelated to this thread.
