Georgia definitely doesn't have any such law. I don't think Florida does either. Texas does have a rule like that, but for UT and A&M it is top 8% now I think.

I know nothing about SEC school admissions but if I were the OP, I would look at the median and 25% percentile of admitted students. This will give you a good idea of how to gauge yourself and wither or not you need to retake the ACT. Also, Im not sure if Ole Miss will have this but check with admissions to see if they have an acceptance matrix. They plot ACT scores against GPA and show wither a person has been accepted. Of course all things vary with each canidate and GPA and SAT scores are only part of the equation. Hope you got some advice from someone on the board but if I were you, I would goto a guidance consular. Good luck....
