Their = possessive plural
They're = contraction for "they are"
weirdo's = possessive
weirdos = plural
weirdos' = possessive plural
Based on what you wrote:
a. we have a weirdo
b. that weirdo possesses something
c. you never stated what our weirdo possesses
d. you left off the predicate
As to the substance of your intended statement--"Dude, they're weirdos.":

3. Have we ever met? How TF do you know?
