the number was 59 last week and was well on it's way for being over by halftime, but only 9 points were scored in the 2nd half.

with a gun to my head, I'd take the over... both defenses have up over 4 YPC last year and both teams can run the ball effectively... I also think our offense will click more this week.

Ain't nothing like being mad at your team twice. Once for losing and again for losing your money.

What was the line beforehand again?

Also, is anyone else concerned with how our coaching staff is rushing Dee Ford back? Sounded to me back when it happened that he would be out for awhile and then would play hurt. I can't imagine that coming back this early, we will have a 100% Dee Ford.

If we don't hav ea 100% Dee Ford, are our DEs that bad that the staff would rather have a partial Ford than what we currently have to offer?

Also, Gimel President is one of the most annoying cases of DEs. Got praised a shite ton last year and now has all but disappeared. Granted the staff clearly couldn't evaluate talent last year but he isn't even being mentinoed

was 13.5 earlier in the week, I believe.

As for Ford, no one really knows how severe the injury is... to speculate we're rushing him back is premature, IMO. Personally, I don't think he sees the field against ASU.

President is still a young guy... #52 Delaine got some snaps last week against a more pass-oriented opponent. GP seems like more of a run stopper, so he could get some PT this week.

Also, this will be ASU QB's first passes against a BCS opponent... he played in 8 games for Utah St in 2011, all against non-BCS teams. He only threw one pass last season. He was solidly behind Keaton at USU.

Agreed. Everything I read says they are unsure when he returns. Even if he is close to 100%, I hope they hold him out till MSU.

I need to stay of the internet. I start to feel good about AU tomorrow, then I see another article on the Gus leaving Ark State storyline and how those players want to prove something, etc. etc. etc.

I'm just worried about our DEs. Our DLine in general has just been a huge disappointment for years.

I am more worried that President isn't even being brought up in the discussion. Which is a huge turnaround from last year. I was excited for him

You guys realize the line shifts based on how many people bet for one team over the other? The spread that is set is also used in order to induce betting. It isn't just what professionals think the score will be.

I personally do not understand line betting. I am old school and will bet you a coke. Unless someone says poker then I am all in.

why does he care so much. He's jealous of our team board it seems. He feels that we think its a sacred place where no other fans are allowed in and he's correct and does not like it.

I remembered him as being a good poster when he actually had access to our board but since he got kicked off all the team boards, it seems like every couple of days he is asking for access/subtly complaining about not having access. I was going to try to help him get access here once we eventually let outsiders in but damn he's starting to get on my nerves...quite a feat there
