Saban: I left the Dolphins because my heart is in the college game.
Reality: Saban was a failure as a pro coach
Meyer: I am leaving Florida because I need to address my health issues and spend more time with my family.
Reality: Saban and the SEC made his arse quit.

Reality: Saban needed a respectable way to get out of BR and into Tuscaloosa.

Reality: He was mixing it up with the co-eds and one scandal being revealed would have led to bigger issues being revealed.
He never expected Hernandez to kill another man...

Saban claims to be a son of a bitch but lies about some of his actual actions. Meyer claims to be a saint but lies about most of his actual actions.
I'll go with the urbs.
I'll go with the urbs.

i wonder why miami was so upset when their failure of a coach left? youd think they would have been overjoyed to get rid of him.

If the Dolphins make the playoffs in his second year, does he leave for Bama? You know the answer, so don't bother answering.

Urban Meyer.
Saban went 15-17 in two years with a franchise that won 4 games the year before he got there, and 1 game the year after he left. Would he have succeeded in the NFL long term? Who knows, but he wasn't horrible.

The answer is still "probably". I know you don't want to believe that he left the NFL because he realized he was much better suited as a college coach, but that is the truth. MAYBE more success and more money would have lured him to stay, but he clearly realized this about himself and he clearly was right.

true, you can only decline if you have been on top, only one direction you can go since you can't go up.

This is one of the worst trolls I've seen in a long time. However, I fully believe the SEC really did make Urbans arse quit.

College football starts tomorrow after the longest and worst off-season of all time and this is what you want to talk about?
