AU is 5-4 against Arky in Fayetteville.

Bret > Gus
quote:Depends on the context, but is a tough argument to make in general.
Arkansas > Auburn
quote:Fair point and one I won't argue. No need to foster stats about Gus as OC at Tulsa and AU against different Arky teams under much different circumstances as some logical reason Arky will almost certainly beat AU this year.
especially in Fayetteville.
ETA: According to the poster above Arky doesn't seem to have the home field advantage over AU, so now I see why the stats are being made up.

some of those games were probably in Little Rock... we've won in Fayetteville in 03, 05, and 07 I believe.

Well we are going to have to use some disclaimers in order to make the stat look better in arky's favor

Saying Malzahn is 0-3 in Fayetteville is not "bragging about beating Tulsa."
Go to bed.
You little piggies constantly bring up Malzahn being 0-3 in Fayetteville against Arkansas. That entire posting routine is you beating your chest about owning Malzahn in Arkansas' home stadium. One of those wins that you soooooo love to bring up happened to be a 7 point win over a conference USA team (you brought it up three times in this thread). You just don't like the fact that someone actually brought up one of your talking points for your win against Auburn just to show you how fricking pathetic and sad you look.
As if using the win in 2008 supports the fact that Arkansas will beat Auburn this year? Really? Not the fact, that it took a god damn goal-line stand to beat a Conference USA team with Conference USA talent in your home stadium for homecoming.
quote:You didn't say that dumbshit.
and just to be perfectly clear, when I say Malzahn is 0-3 in Fayetteville

Good lord what is wrong with you people.
I never used any disclaimers in my first claim, which was Malzahn has never won in Arkansas. Using context clues, and considering the discussion was about Malzahn vs. the Arkansas Razorbacks, the point was clear.
The problem arose when Bama Bird tried to be clever by bringing up Malzahn's Sun Belt record. Then a bunch of remedial posters jumped on the tard-mobile and floored it.

quote:Actually, not only did you use the disclaimer "in Arkansas" it was factually wrong. He has won in Arkansas as a HC in HS, as a OC at Arky and as a HC at Arky State.

Even taking what you obviously meant, it is a meaningless stat that you place significance in for no real reason whatsoever other than to sooth your insecurity.
This debate has been such a lopsided victory, I feel the need to roll the new Victory Wires.

Go back and look, Plato. I said Malzahn has never won in Arkansas. I didn't think I NEEDED any disclaimers because the point was clear enough. I had to start adding disclaimers because some posters wanted to piddle in semantics.

Where? If I say "Malzahn has never won in Arkansas," where is the disclaimer in that?
