I just really don't understand how this is controversial. Did you guys really think he would be kicked off the team for this? And do y'all not realize he will still get suspended 2-3 games? Les has dismissed arguably two of his highest profile players for various reasons. He's not going to dismiss guys because the SEC rant is butt hurt trying to make themselves feel better for calling others thugs. He'll do it based on facts and his best judgement as he has done in the past. LSU is consistently in the bottom part of the SEC in player arrests and its funny because a lot of people in these threads (BAMA, AU, UGA) are higher pretty much every year.

I'm not the one who lied about age, and trying to deceive by saying senior/freshman. He was a legal adult, she was a child. No need to be angry about. As pointed out to me earlier, La has a statute that allows for anyone over the age of 19 to have intercourse with someone as young as 13 and only have to face a misdemeanor and not file as a sex offender. Grats on Hill being able to fall under that statute.

Agreed. Never said it wasnt a poor decision by Hill, but I think his punishment by the law at the time, and by the football team-revoking a scholarship offer for a year, was appropriate considering the circumstances.
There has to be some sort of common sense leniency in situations such as this. The law was meant to protect children from individuals such as Sandusky. Not high school freshman from senior running backs.
