Let the NCAA do their thing. Weird situation. Broker guy won't talk to NCAA, but will talk to ESPN? Doesn't make sense. Not saying Johnny has been an angel, but this whole situation has an interesting timing.

broker guy is trying to drum up interest in the purchase of the video he supposedly has.
broker guy wants to retire from the broker business/wants easy money and is thinking he can make big bucks from this video. talking to the ncaa is not a financially smart way to market this alleged video. offering the video to espn, then, even though they declined to buy it, espn talking about the video drives interest in it.
cheap, evil & smart advertising & marketing.
