Yeah, I'm not sure where they got located to. I believe that pretty much the entire stadium was uprooted from their seats and given the chance to choose again. I don't remember the details.
But this is a main reason why for one year only next year the capacity will be well north of the final 102,000. Before they demo the Former Student side it will be 106-109K. Then those seats get eliminated.

All the existing season ticket holders had to go through a seat selection process last summer based on priority points. The new 2nd level will be all "club level" seating, meaning that these seats will have access to a fancy concourse and booze i believe. This greatly increased the cost of the section from what the previous 2nd deck prices were so many 2nd deck people move to less expensive sections as well. Many long time seat holders finally got priced out of their "lifetime deals" that they made back in the day.
