Standard one dollar bet that your above statements will indeed be said about our stadium.

You have to see Kyle Field in person to grasp how massive it is now and only half way revamped. The online cameras just don't give the perspective.

The activation towers are badass.

The $500 million in improvements are making Sumlin's recruiting job easy.

Expect a lot more elite level players to be committing. They are going to like it when Sumlin shows their photos on CFB's largest video display.

Gonna be nice Han.

LSU is contemplating a parking garage and/or a huge parking lot with shuttles to the stadium - probably down Nicholson Drive....

Stolen from TexAgs:

Brown, brown, brown, Kyle Field, brown, brown, golf course, brown, brown Bonfire Memorial, brown, brown...

The newer buildings going up, which there are quite a few, across campus are much better but it's going to be a decades before the damage of the poor decisions of the past decades is removed... or at least mitigated.

Things that would be said on tRant:

"WTF? Did TAF run out of money?"
"LSU always finds a way to frick something up"
"Would have look great if not for that"

And every few days someone would come through with "what's the deal with that uncovered area? They're going to finish that up, right?" This would then lead to the above statements being repeated again.

Texags is convinced that the stadium plans were drawn up in 15 minutes by the local Chipotle manager and we're paying for it with Schrute bucks. Only because the construction workers read the pay board is anything actually getting accomplished.

That's a cool aerial of the stadium and campus.

Have you guys considered paving over the drill field area? It could be used for a small replica of Red Square. The dog cemetery can be A&M's version of Lenin's Mausoleum.

They would seriously take up arms. I can see 90 year old WWII vets putting their uniforms back on and storming upon CS with a cache of weapons

I hope no one took that seriously.

But now I'm picturing an LSU fan parking a cement truck on the drill field and the drama that might ensue.
