You have to remember we were 2-8,0-6 in the SEC at the time with our worst football team to date.

That's what I thought. But yes, the quality of the team is a huge factor. South Carolina stays the closest to full capacity of any school I know of when the team is horrible.

pretty sure we outnumbered you in Fayetteville last year while we're on the subject.

I would hope so since there are so many of you and only one of me.

I just want AU to improve the look of the stadium. There's no need for us to expand, but we need to brink the outside, especially the endzones. Hopefully the AD will get that started soon, because it's needed
I agree, Jacobs needs to get rid of the erector set look and the murals.

UK is spending 110,000,000 for 2,200 new seats.
That is a whopping 50,000 per seat so it will be rich folk seating only.

Whatever happened to this little models that they used to make when they proposed a building design?

Because they're totally not using any of that $110 million to add a recruiting room, improve the outside of the stadium (no more erector set), office renovations, renovation of the Wildcat Den (media room), renovation of Nutter, and locker room renovations.

Your number on LSU stadium capacity isn't right.
They are adding only 4500 seats and the additional capacity is SRO that it was announced will take them to almost 100K.

No, first draft renderings usually look like that. Seriously, who wants to do a bunch of work and not get paid. The problem is, you don't fricking release these to the public. The UK menstruation in this thread should be directed to the dumbass in the AD that thought it would be a good idea to release this.

That's a DD rendering, not an SD rendering.

Wrong. Les dropped the bomb a few weeks ago at a TAF event that it's going to 103,500

How many seats are being added? Sounds like bs to me.

FWIW, they didn't have a choice. It's all public record and was part of the package when they were requesting state bonding. They've had to be pretty transparent as a result.
Like I said, dumb gonna dumb if they can't figure out what the difference is in a draft and an official rendering.

I agree 100%. There will never be a reason to go over 90K. We just need to bring in amenities others/most don't have.

Just an FYI on Mizzou's expansion, this first phase will end up around 75-77k final capacity. The 2nd phase which could be completed any time between 5 and 15 years from now, will top out at 85-87k.
This season Mizzou will have a decreased capacity of 68k due to construction.

So you're calling Les a liar?
My sources are telling me that the plans were changed in response to A&M going to 102k

Are you serious? Typically the architect does a preliminary during the DD phase and final before bid release. Sounds like your AD doesn't know what it's doing.
