College ball is roughly equal to single A.
And that park looked about the same size as the cubs A affliate in Daytona.
I think it'd make the transition from college to pros easier if the parks were the same size(therefore possibly not leaving college ball bereft of talent)

again, college ball will never be loaded with talent unless MLB decides it wants it to be.

This doesn't really make any sense.

Same size as? Different lengths to the fence and configurations of the outfield is what makes baseball, baseball.
It isn't just a bat problem, stadium problem, ball problem, etc, it is a combination by rule changes to give the pitching more of an advantage than they had, like most NCAA changes they went way to far in the one direction causing teams to play small ball to increase their chance of winning.
