To me the bats are a non issue. But when you have a stadium that many MLB players would have trouble hitting it out of there is a problem.
Yes, but with the juiced bats the park was the right size, pop-outs would be pop-outs, HRs would still be HRs. You have to remember the bats allowed check swing HRs back then.
