just like you can't block a sidewalk,if your car is parked in your driveway and is blocking the sideway,your probaly gonna get a ticket for blocking the sidewalk
Doesn't change the fact that both laws are fricking stupid and any cop that would write someone up for either is a Thug POS going for either his five minutes of fame (let's face it, probably what happened once the guy found out it was Johnny Football) or a blatant money grab for the state

You should watch the show parking wars on A&E,it follows traffic enforcement employees as they ticket, "boot," and tow cars as part of their parking enforcement duties.They are not cops.

Cop looking for his 5 minutes of fame? I'm sure he wasn't anticipating JFF shitting a fit on twitter over a 25 dollar parking ticket. The cop wasnt parked illegally. JFF was. No need to try to justify JFF's tweets. He fricked up.
