Alabama wants no part of a permanent game against Florida.
Alabama would make Florida the LSU of the SEC. In other words, beat Bama in season, lose in the national title game. Yard for yard, year for year, can't compete "florida" against "bama".
Kind of like the TN rivalry. It is what it is.
