Objectively, that's one thing that I felt was lacking at the games I've attended. I knew the stadium was about to get better, but the culture around it has to change and that takes more than money. I have no doubt that it will happen though because of all the new excitement and the general conference culture. To your point, my friends and family were much impressed by the MSC this year.

I do think A&M does tailgating really well actually. I felt it was far better than the Grove, and A&M has so many different areas to tailgate to your preference, it sets up perfectly for whatever you're looking to accomplish. We have tons of people, tons of space, and people put lots of money in to it as well. The corporate tents are top notch, the rowdy area by Reed allows generators and people bring their giant arse pits and DJ booths and all sorts of shite. I think our biggest downfall is simply the landscaping around Spence, which is the closest area next to the stadium. Spence has a bunch of old beautiful oaks, but it isn't level in the drainage area which is like half the park, there aren't any electric outlets or permanent bathrooms. I think Spence, if a lot of money is put in to it, would be one of the nicest tailgating venues in the country.

Well I think I need some new Aggie friends because the ones I attend are sub-par to me. I will try and meet up with some of you guys this fall if you're willing.

One thing I look forward to is more landscaping. There are some large open areas that need trees IMO, but the renderings look like much of that is coming.
