They got fricked, in my opinion. CF caught that ball which should have ended the game I believe (or at least 2 outs) and the ump says she didn't. Then the ball wasn't knocked out on the tag, it was knocked out on hitting the ground. Not sure what rule number it would be but that seems like it should be an out since the game is over on the tag before she even hits the ground.
