All I will say about schedules is LSU fans have changed their argument from having to play Florida every year to Bama's schedule is too easy. That said when Florida was made their permanent opponent it wasn't to hurt LSU because LSU was largely a contractor in the west at that time. However an attempt was made to preserve the greatest rivalries in our conference.
