I asked what the original charge was, and if he would have faced that if he were 17. I know what he was allowed to plead it down to over a year later.

This I'm not sure about. I know a 19 y/o can legally have sex with a 17 y/o in LA. Not sure about 17 y/o and 14 y/o though.

I'm telling you the charge he actually has. I'm dealing in reality, not your fantasy world.
You have done nothing but take things out of context and twist them around in order to flame LSU fans in this thread.
I don't know, or care, what point you are trying to make. It's probably bullshite anyway.
