Hill is on probation for carnal knowledge of a juvi..aka a white girl gave him a BJ at school and her parents caught wind of it and pressed charges. Definitely not rape just very unlucky

Anyone speaking in absolute terms, one way or the other, right now is talking out of their arse.

It's way too early to know what's going to happen, thus the indefinite suspension and not a hasty permanent decision either way.

not exactly true.
LINK

* Whoever commits the crime of oral sexual battery shall be punished by imprisonment, with or without hard labor. At least 10 years of the sentence imposed shall be served without parole, probation, or suspension of sentence.
The victim, who is not the spouse of the offender, is under the age of 15 and is at least 3 years younger than the offender.

What he did is exactly what is described in La. law book. Punishable AT LEAST 10 years without parole. If you agree with what he did or are taking up for what he did, you are just as sick as he is. No excuse, statutory rape no matter how you want to paint it.
