That's cool, I love thanksgiving football. Hopefully Lsu/A&M will be on thanksgiving day as well, would be a kickass double header.
Arky fan accepting it already before it has formally been announced?

Great news, I use to love watching the egg bowl thanksgiving night
Same here, once as a kid I was watching the Egg Bowl and it came down to the wire, I seem to remember Ole Miss passing when they had the lead in the 4th and they threw an interception, then Msu scored with very little time left to win the game.
I could be remembering that all wrong, it was about 15 years ago. Any Mississippi folks know what I'm talking about?

It's pretty much a done deal. It will work out for all parties involved, Lsu and A&M can renew their rivalry, and we can start one with Mizzou. Everybody wins.

Only reason to like any weekday games is if you're a bad fan who doesn't go to the games

Hate it...
Have loved the Saturday setup for that game
Well if you care about your university, you don't. Unless you prefer a few 100k viewers as opposed to a few million.

Hopefully we keep the boot, it just won't be the last game of the season.

I agree. I think LSU/Arkansas should be the same weekend every year aswell. Maybe the 3rd weekend in October? I dont care, just think that it should be the same weekend every year.

At least this gives me an excuse to not go to Starkville this year.

It would take a 2010 Iron Bowl situation.
If that ever happened, someone would be killed in the Grove or Starkville (wherever the game was played).

Thanks Mississippi, and don't shoot my elephant in the parking lot.
