Again if he has no prior felonies he should get probation, fined and community service. But no burning in hell, death penalty, life in prison, or public hanging.

...or required to wear that blue/orange 04 t-shirt he's tucked away and go around introducing himself as "Yeah, I'm that guy"

i'd be fine with him having to clean up toomers every weekend for 5 years

nah, he has received an arse beating one time no need to envoke another one. Basically he should be treated like any other criminal.

There ya go, public service. With a placard "I named my children Crimson and Bear. Thank Gawd 'Ears' wasn't a good coach."

Multiple times hell. I was actually sort of taken aback by the number of times the word "boog" was used.
Also, "these boogs".

You mean the arse beating he put on himself before trial?

Yeah like Jim Carrey in Liar Liar.

That was what I was thinking. Anything ever come of that?

I'll dip my toes in the water...
UA football doesn't have anything like the Toomer's oaks, therefore I can not give an opinion on something UA football related.
I can, however, offer something UA related that would make me shed a tear or two...if someone destroyed or desecrated the Little Roundhouse. It being one of the few structures to survive the Civil War makes it special...irreplacable...sure, one could reconstruct it...but it wouldn't be the same. I can't venture a guess as to how long it would take for me to get over that.

I thought about that, but it's just in a whole different category. There are a few spots around campus that I feel the same way about but they have nothing to do with the football team.

Yeah. I guess some of the stuff in the Bryant Museum would be upsetting to see get messed up...but it wouldn't change what actually happened. Burning a photo or something from the '26 Rose Bowl would not make that game not be the "game that changed the South". Busting up the hand/foot prints would suck...but Biscuit/Stabler/Hightower will always be captains...
UA doesn't have a Toomers (in a football sense) is the bottom line.

I'm good now. I have exorcised all demons... i think. I do wonder how many auburn fans' RA'd this thread tho. It would be only so appropriate.
The roundhouse was a good contribution btw.
