I've said it all along that we should've cut bait with the LF chase and focus on Roc. I know LF is the top player but it was always an uphill battle. I don't care how many times Bucc claimed to say it was "closer than LSU wants to admit." 
Roc was a guy in our backyard that we threw to the side and simply didn't give an effort to go after.
I'm not saying Roc would've chosen us in the end, especially with AU's success at running the ball this year. However, with Bo's durability concerns it would've been sweet to land the homegrown player that has elite potential.
ETA: I'll gladly eat crow if our staff pulls LF, but at this point I don't see it happening

Don't forget though that we still have a crap ton of running backs on our roster. It is the one position where we can afford to strike out:
Yeldon- probably leaves after 2014
